DELIVERING THEATER-RIFIC TICKET SALES FOR TODAYTIX THROUGH THE POWER OF INFLUENCERS DURING LONDON THEATRE WEEK.

OBJECTIVE

TodayTix wanted to promote the arrival of London Theatre Week 2023 by inviting creators to the West End to enjoy some of London's finest shows. Content creators would be provided discount codes to be share in their Instagram stories and would create content to be used in paid social activations with a primary goal of driving ROI.

CHALLENGE

The primary challenge with this campaign was finding fresh influencers in the 'things to do in London' space to emphasize London Theatre Week rather than exclusively promoting the TodayTix app.

SOLUTION

By partnering with London-based influencers in the 'London Travel and Lifestyle' and 'Parenting / Families' space, we secured 5 authentic content creators that were a natural fit for our campaign. The results were incredible with several pieces of content going viral amassing millions of views.

The discount codes provided to our influencers accumulated 1,348 transactions, which is equivalent to £61k gross merchandise value. With £30.9k invested across the campaign, paid ad spend and vouchers, there was a £30.1K profit made equalling a total ROI of 1.9. With nearly 3.5 million impressions, we over delivered by 2,115%.
