Infiniti Mall Malad is hosting a Yoga Session on the occasion of the 8th International Day of Yoga 2022, which will be held on June 21, 2022 in India and around the world.
Organized in association with Yogatopics Health Cure Meditation Centre, a community that has a rich culture, vast knowledge and expertise that helps people transform their health and lifestyle.
The session will include Wheeling Surya Namaskar, Panch-Ang Yoga, Yoga with Props, Sculpting Yoga, Laughter Yoga, Drishti Yoga, Yoga for Teens, Corporate Yoga, Yoga Therapy for migraine, cervical, asthma, lower back, gas and bloating, knee pain, hormonal imbalance.
