The Boston-born actor wrote the concept, directed and executed the commercial through his ad agency.

After making his debut alongside his wife Jennifer Lopez for the brand during the Super Bowl, Ben Affleck is once again lending his comedic touch to a Dunkin' spot.

In the tongue-in-cheek ‘Time for a Dunkin’ Run’ short, the Batman star arrives at a local store in his hometown of Boston professing that he is there to appear in an ad. He then begins to claim that he is a “real actor and this is an art form” for him. Sadly, the people working the till at the Dunkin' shop mistake Affleck for his friend and Good Will Hunting co-star Matt Damon.

The humbling exchange ends with Affleck walking out of the Dunkin' store with his treats in hand as the voiceover details some of the brand’s current meal deals.

The spot was produced in-house at Artists Equity, where Affleck is chief executive and Damon is chief creative officer.
